Mid-November to Mid-February; These are the best months to visit the party capital since the weather is pleasantly cool and comfortable. It’s the perfect time to relax on the beaches amidst other tourists who make the most of these three months in Panaji (Goa). December is the time when Panaji (Goa) witnesses one of its most popular festivals, Sunburn, besides extensive Christmas and New Year celebrations and is home to lakhs of visitors from across the world. You might want to book your hotels in advance since this is the peak season and prices of accommodation go way higher than you would imagine.

Panaji or Panjim is a city in the North Goa district in the Indian state of Goa, which is the present capital of the state of Goa. The town is situated on the banks of the river Mandavi. Travel to Goa can be kept for some days in Panjim or the Panaji capital of Goa. A city like a picture of the river Mandavi. A wonderful combination of tradition and modernity. Some churches and historical sites are spectacular. If you watch the Assisi Church, you will remember the movie Poker. In the afternoon, Sundowns and Sunset Cruises are arranged in the Mandvi River for public and private enterprises. Arrangements for aquaculture and cultural events in large decorated vessels with fascinating fast food. Each cruise is for one hour. The view of the sunset from the water chest at the mouth of Mandvi is quite beautiful. Goa Tourism organizes another cruise during the day. Going to the water is very good to visit the countryside of Panaji. In the morning, on a small motorboat, the dolphin cruise is arranged from the other ferry on the other side of the river.
