History

Chhingpuii Thlan or Chhingpuii Stone Memorial was made in memory of Chhingpuii who was a lady of that region. She was happily married to a young man named Kaptuanga. But she was kidnapped and killed during the war between the rival chiefs of the region. Her husband was shocked devastated and unable to bear this tragic end of his beloved and love story and committed suicide at this site.
