    How to Reach

    The Nilai tea estate is at a distance of 20km from the district, Ukhrul. While arriving in Ukhrul, you can visit the estate by availing yourself of public and private transport.

     by Air: Imphal International Airport, Tulihal, is the nearest airport in Imphal with about a presumptive distance of 105 km. You can get private cars or public buses through which you can reach Ukhrul town. In general, an average journey time of about 3-4 hours can be taken. 

    by Rail: With about a presumptive distance of 314 km, the nearest railway station to Ukhrul is located in Dimapur (Nagaland). Serving both the states of Nagaland and Manipur, the station is the major rail head. After arriving at the station one can get a taxi and driveway to his destination in Ukhrul. Usually, it takes 9-10 hours, from Dimapur to Ukhrul.

    by Road: For Visiting  Ukhrul by bus, tourists need to travel to Imphal by taking either the air or railway. Once you reach Imphal, you can either take a taxi or rent a car to drive to Ukhrul. And it will take approximately 3-4 hours of journey.
