    Vagator beach is one of the most famous beaches in Goa. Visiting this place will be a lifetime experience for anyone. This beach is located on the northern fringes of Bardez Taluka, absolutely opposite the Chapora River, which starts from Morjim in Pernem. 

    This is a very crowded beach. Lots of people come to visit this beach every year. If you visit this beach you would definitely love this beach.

    This is a magnificent beach. The view of the beach is extremely beautiful. Vagator beach is decorated with picturesque red cliffs which look down to two freshwater springs. You will find several food stalls, and many shops which sell clothes, jewelry, drinks, etc. Facing the sea from the headland on the right side is the North Vagator beach which is popularly known as “Big Vagator” and on the life side ” the Ozran beach which is known as Little Vagator”.

    Vagator beach is a very exciting place at night also. There are many nightclubs near the beach which are open till late at night. You can go there with your friends, have good food, drink, and do parties.

    By air: You can have a comfortable and time-saver journey if you are going by air. The nearest airport to Vagator beach is the Dabolim airport. It is an international airport. This airport is situated at a distance of 26 km from the beach. Local transport like cabs, and taxis are easily available at the airport. You can hire them to reach your destination or you can take the bus.

    By train: Train journeys are always enjoyable. You can have a joyful and also comfortable journey if you are going by train. The nearest railway station to Vagator beach is the Thivim railway station. It is about 18.5 km away from this beautiful beach. You will find taxis and cabs at the railway station. By hiring them you can reach the beach without having any trouble.
