History

This is an ancient temple that is dedicated to Lord Vishnu‘s Varaha Avatar. A wild boar incarnation of the third Avatar. This historical temple was built by King Anaji Chauhan in the 12th century. Later the temple was destroyed by Emperor Aurangzeb in 1727. But it was reconstructed by Raja Swami Man Singh of Jaipur.
