Ambedkar Park is a well-known park of the city Gorakhpur located on Taramandal Road, Rail Vihar Colony of Gorakhpur. Circuit house is so near of this that it is shown from the park perimeter. Nauka Vihar, another celebrated place of Gorakhpur city is also near this park.

It has a very big perimeter surrounded by trees. People can enjoy a picnic here comfortably. Everyone loves the calmness of this place. It’s a perfect place for kids. Swings, slippers, and many kids playing things are placed here and you can enjoy all of them without any cost. People go there in the morning for their morning walk. There are also some exercise utensils which are also free to use.

History

There is no important history behind this place.

Inside/Outside Views

First of all, a big gate welcomes you inside. Then a small road-like place where people clicked photos with its beautiful dense green background. A water body which may be called a lake or pond, a pull over that where people also click photos and take videos.

A big statue of a water nymph is seen in the park. Without this, there is also

a giant statue of a dinosaur. Kids definitely enjoy seeing these.

A statue of Sir Ambedkar with a beautiful fountain appears on the park premises. Besides, there is a playground with supplies for kids, but adults are also seen enjoying them. Canteen is available inside the park along with enough sitting space. And there is an exercise place with exercise utensils.
