    Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum is an archeology museum in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India, located in close proximity to the Mahabodhi Temple complex. Established in 1956 by the Archaeological Survey of India, it displays various sculptures, artifacts, and antiquities related to Buddhism and Hinduism from the 2nd century BC. to the 11th century, including some Mauryan, Gupta, and Mughal period objects and coins.

    Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum, set near the famed Mahabodhi Temple, was started in 1956. The first gallery shows the sculptures depicting the crowned Buddha in Bhumis par Samudra, Maitreya, a standing image of Manjusri, Buddha images in a different posture, a standing Yakshi figure, a balustraded pillar depicting Surya, a tablet depicting represents Buddha Sahasra and much more. Sculptures associated with Buddhist and Brahmani beliefs are the main attractions in the second gallery, including a panel of Spata Matrika, and Das Avatara of Lord Vishnu. Coins from the Mughal period, as well as relics and monuments from the Maurya and Gupta periods, are also on display for tourists.
