    Atal Ekta Park is a blending of nature, culture and community that is located in Civil Line Area, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The park serves as the surrounding of the grand library.  Inside the park,there is a cultural stage. The folk artists of Jhansi division perform their art and various activities here. The park landmark a statue of the late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

    History

    Atal Ekta Park is a recreational place for all spheres of people. Jhansi Development Authority was built the parkIt cost total 11.30 RS crore to build the park. The area of the park is 4 hectares.

    During the time of Rashtra Raksha Samparan Parv, the park was introduced first. It stands as a monument of a visionary leader.

    Inside/Outside Views

    The park has an outstanding outside view. At first, you can see the abundant leafy environment which is very much peaceful. 

    Then you can explore the statue of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was the Prime Minister of that time. The statue stands as a symbol of unity and leadership. Then when you enter the park, you can see a large library. The library has versified collections of books. Here the visitors can enrich their knowledge. There is also a gym area. If you want to keep yourselves fit and fine, then you can do gym activities every morning. After that, you can find a stage which is known as cultural stage. The stage is used by the folk artists of Jhansi Division. They showcase their talents on the stage. There is also a playground for the children. Honesty, it is a must visit place of Jhansi where you can enjoy the nature and creative activities at a time.

    By Air: Gwalior Domestic Airport is the nearest airport to the garden. It is about 103 km away from the park . You can take local buses, cabs or taxis to reach your desired place very easily.

    By Train: Jhansi Railway Station is the nearest station to the garden. Most major cities in the country like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Agra,Bhopal, Gwalior etc. are well- connected to Jhansi by rail. You can easily get any local transport such as taxis or buses from the railway station. 

    By Bus: Jhansi has well road connectivity with major cities of the country such as AgraKhajurao, Delhi, Kanpur,Lucknow . So, it is easily accessible for all local modes of transports. You can take any local bus from nearby cities or States. Besides, you can also take auto or taxi to get there.
