    History

    In the early 20th century, when mountaineers began exploring the Himalayan region, the Changabang BC route backs a British expedition led by Frank Smythe in 1936; he attempted to climb up Changabang Peck. But he could not reach there due to bad weather conditions. Then, another British man named Eric Shipton in 1951 tried to attempt to climb Changabamg Peck but failed because of bad weather. Then, the team was able to climb Mukut Parbat, which is close to Bagini Glacier. After many attempts in 1974, a joint team called the Indo-Japanese Expedition successfully climbed Changabang Peck. They successfully climbed the peak’s north side, which is considered one of the most difficult Rough of the peak. After that, it became one of the most popular trekking destinations for mountaineers worldwide. Recently, it has become more popular among trekkers because of Its divine beauty and challenging Routes. If you are a Passionate trekker, this place is for you.

    By air: Jolly Grant Airport is the nearest airport to this place. It is the easiest way to go. It is approximately 48 km away from the place. Besides, it is a regular flight.

    By train: Haridwar Railway Station is the nearest station to this place. If YOU want to get a comfortable journey, this is the best way.

    By road: This is the best way ever. You can get any vehicle, like a car, bus, etc., suitable for it. Haridwar is well-connected with other cities. You can contract with any agency that is available in your town.
