The Temple is a symbol of Amazing stone carving and was created by the rulers of the Chand Dynasty. Between 1423 and 1421 AD, Hari Chand The Temple’s reconstruction work was completed. Since 1952, it has been declared a national monument heritage. Now, the Archeological Survey of India looks after it. Mahashivratri is celebrated here, with a colorful fair on the immense campus of this Temple. During this time, it is open for public visits.
