Belilious Park is also perfect for kids. Inside the park, there are several swings available in the park for their enjoyment as well. Adults are also allowed to enjoy sauntering across the park so that they can maintain their health. Besides, Belilious Park can be a memorable place of leisure, recreation, and cultural exploration nested in the heart of Howrah.

    Attraction

Belilious Park has many reasons to attract people. For example:
    1. Spacious garden with a good view and connectivity with the natural surroundings is just perfect for any gathering or celebration.

    2. The big banquet hall, which has a capacity of more than 1000 people, makes it great to hold programs like weddings. Besides, the big open-roof campus with beautiful trees around every side of the park also makes it naturally cold.

    3. At the entrance, you can access the wheelchair. The car park is also available for the guests.

    4. Inside the park, you can either carry some spare clothes (for the water rides) preferably of polyester material or you can also rent the swimming costumes from the costume counter. The rental cost is fairly minimal which roughly ranges somewhere between 60 to 80 Rs. Besides, separate changing rooms (for men, women, and children) are available inside the park premises.
All these features attract tourists from all over the state. Besides all these, Belilious Park truly shines in the evenings, especially when the musical fountain dazzles with its colorful lights and harmonious melodies. This creates a magical ambiance for families and couples as well. Whether seeking a casual outing or a romantic retreat in peace from city life, this amazing park offers a delightful escape into the embrace of nature.

    History

The history of this park is pretty interesting. The park area was once an abandoned park with garbage dumps on its sides, which had been turned into Howrah’s biggest amusement park spread over 25 acres, now making it a famous destination for tourists. Dome ‘Panchwati Group recently renovated the park after they received the tender from ‘Howrah Municipal Corporation.’ After the renovation, many visitors feel eager to come to this place. The park can be an example of how proper management can make things even better. However, in 2014, the water body was inaugurated and named ‘Aquadeep’.

    Inside/Outside Views

The Belilious Park is well known for its greenery, rides, and amusement activities. After entering the Park, you can see that the area is covered with lush greenery. It also has many popular rides, for example, Striking Car, Dragon Train, Boating, River Cave, Toy Train, Titanic, and Hang Glider. Unlike other Amusement Parks (near Howrah), the Belilious Park is less expensive, considering the number of rides available. As a result, the Park witnesses a crowd, especially on the weekends.
There is a water park inside the parking area named ‘Aquadeep.’ In 2014, it was inaugurated. It consists of 3 pools and 3 to 5 different types of water slides. Aquadeep usually provides for all the basic fun activities one can have on a day out at an Amusement Park.
Inside the Belilious Park, there is also an ‘Open Air Theatre’. A science museum as well as an Art Gallery is also available. One can not only have fun in the Park but also acquire knowledge about science, Bengali culture, and artists.
