History

It is believed that During the Somavamsi king’s 18th ruling year, In 1058, it was built by King Udyotakesari’s mother, Kolavati Devi. It is the oldest temple in The city.

By road: I think by road is the best way to get there. You can hire a car or cab to reach your destination directly. Otherwise, you can take a bus to reach Bhubaneswar first, then take an auto rickshaw to get anywhere. It is well connected to other Cities.
