    Chausath Yogini is a famous architectural temple in Madhya Pradesh and this temple is known as Ekattarso Mahadeva Temple. Basically, this temple is dedicated to lord shiva, and this temple was formed by 64 yoginis, a circular wall with 65 Chamber, and the Goddess Devi. Its open Mandapa is in the center of a circular courtyard sacred to Shiva.

    Chausath Yogini temple

    This temple was built by Kachchhapaghata King (r.c 1055-1075)  and most people said that the temple was the venue for providing education in astrology and mathematics based on the transit of the Sun.

    This temple stands atop an isolated hill of about 100 feet and its circular temple commands a splendid view of the cultivated fields below. This Temple’s circular is one among very few such temples in India and this yogini temple is dedicated to sixty-four yoginis.

    This temple is circular in shape with a  radius of 170 feet and within its interior part, it has 64 small chambers.

    Many people Compared this temple to the Indian parliament building and this temple was the inspiration behind the Sansad Bhawan.
