    Dalma Wildlife sanctuary Isn’t a historical place. This place was inaugurated by Sanjay Gandhi in 1975 and spread over 195 km of area.

    Dalma Wildlife sanctuary is a great place for wildlife lovers. Many animals here are nocturnal and that’s only active at night. This sanctuary is home to elephants, pangolins, deer, and leopards to name a few wild animals.

    This place is the first to allow the visitors to explore the wilderness on foot rather than on a conventional deep or Safari and you can get up close and personal with the fauna and flora of the region. Visitors can roam around freely in the forests under the supervision of a forest guide.

    By Air: Birsa Munda Airport is the nearest airport to Jamshedpur. You can easily reach Jamshedpur by air.

    By Rail: There are many trains between Delhi and Jamshedpur. Bhubaneshwar Rajdhani railway station is the nearest to Jamshedpur. It will take you from Jamshedpur to Delhi in 17 hours.

    By Road: By road is the best way to reach Jamshedpur. Kolkata to Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary is just 7-hour drive and reaching there would be by your car is the best way.
