Ganga Bitan Family Inn is a well-decorated bungalow with an excellent view of the river Ganges from all 6 rooms of Unit 1 and Unit 2. Unit 1 has one room on the ground floor and another on the first floor. Unit 2 has 2 rooms on each floor along with a dining hall on the 1st floor. the 2nd floor has a beautiful terrace. They also have a decent size clean pool for swimming. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are available. This is considered the best property in Ganga Bitan.
The rooms are spacious with nice decorations. The overall ambiance is also good. Like other riverfront properties, the view is satisfying. Service is very good too. Er, recommend you visit this place at least once if you live nearby.

By road: It is situated in Kolkata’s ‘Dhulasimla’ area. From the busy area of Kolkata, the Ganga Bitan Family Inn is almost 60 km away. Kolkata is well connected with other major cities like Siliguri, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, etc. of the country. And from Kolkata city, you will get local transport to reach the site. From Kolkata, it takes around 2 hours 40 minutes to reach by car on NH 6. However, if you are coming on a bus, hop on from Esplanade to the ‘Gadiara’ route, and get down at the ‘Belari’ or ‘58 gate’ stop.

By air: The closest airport, ‘Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport’ (which is an international one), is almost 67 kilometers away from this area which is in Dum Dum, Kolkata. You can visit this place from outside of India. Apart from that, there are airports in Delhi, Mumbai, or Lucknow with direct flights to Kolkata. From the airport, you can easily get local transport to reach the site. It takes a car 2 hours 20 minutes to reach the place.
