    Gompa is located on top of a hill just above the Nehru Museum which is a center for Buddhist Culture. At the base of the hill, a road spiraled up the hill to the gompa, decorated with a beautiful gate. Though this temple is very close to the main road,  by this small hill that stood out in the hill station, it seemed separated from the rest of the town. It is till now the most serene and calm place. To enjoy a proper view of Itanagar from a higher point, It is a nice spot. Literally, this temple is seated on top of the hill. A colorful gate that is small in size indicates the penetration of the Gompa.  Just outside the main Gompa, a white stupa with golden carvings stood and it looked very beautiful against the backdrop of green rolling hills. The hilltop offers a 360 degree.

    By Train: Naharlagun railway station with about a distance of 15 km in Arunachal Pradesh is the closest railway to reach Itanagar.
