    This museum is situated at Bal Bhawan in sector 23, Chandigarh.     This dolls museum is the first museum and the best dolls museum in India. The Chandigarh administration was built in the year of 1985. But it’s managed by the Indian Council of Child Welfare. Since then it has been growing its popularity gradually.
