From a young age, he naturally exhibited his profound understanding or self-knowledge. In 1963, Nityanandasramam was founded by Swami Nityananda, a disciple of Swami Ramdas. This ashram is situated in Kanhangad, a town in Kasaragod, and is based on the principles of self-realization, service, and love.
