    The Kidangamparambu Sree Bhuvaneswari Temple is an ancient temple located in Alappuzha, Kerala.  It is built to dedicate the Goddess Sree Bhuvaneswari Devi who is also called as Bhaktadasi that means the maid of devotees. The temple is well-known for its tranquil atmosphere and impressive architecture.  The temple features a majestic entrance known as Grand Rajagopuram, which adds grandeur to the temple. The temple is decorated with perplexing carvings and stunning paintings. Images of different deities are carved on the walls, which highlights spiritual significance.     History

    The temple has a fascinating history.  People said that when Marthanda Varma, who is a ruler of Travancore, was doing a campaign to attack Cochin, he built the temple in Alappuzha, Kerala. His soldiers accidentally polluted the land of the temple, so they had to rebuild the temple as a token of prominence dedicated to the Goddess Sree Bhuvaneswari Devi or Bhaktadasi, which means the maid of devotees.
