By train: Puri Railway station is the nearest railway from this place. Its almost 30 km away. After reaching the station, you can hire a cab or baby taxi to reach your destination.

By road: By road is the easiest way to reach there. Firstly you have to take a bus to get to Konark. After reaching there, you can hire a cab or take an autorickshaw to reach anywhere. It’s the best way, I think.
