    History

    Raja’s tomb is a 19th-century monument. It is built in the Muhammadan style of architecture with tombs at the center and turrets at the corners. The entrance of the tombs has carvings. Near the tombs, there are graves of two royal Kadova officers who sacrificed their lives in a fight with Tipu Sultan and the priest of the king.

    Inside/Outside Views

    There is a total of three toms. The central tomb is the largest. There are two main tombs one of King Veera Rajendra and his wife which increases the significance of the place and the other one is for his brother Linga Rajendra. You will find the Shiva Linga symbol in the tomb because he was a Hindu king. There is a grander on the premises. Which is very beautiful. In the garden, there is a tomb-rider for kids.

    Raja’s tomb opens every day of the week. It opens at 6:00 am and closes at 8:30 pm.
