    Mata Mansa Devi Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Mansa Devi in ​​the holy city of Haridwar in the state of Uttarakhand in India. The temple is located on Bilwa Parvat in the Sivalik Hills, the southernmost mountain range of the Himalayas. Also known as Bilwa Tirth, the temple is one of the Panch Tirth (Five Pilgrimages) in Haridwar.

    According to a story, in the Shivalik hills, a cow would come every day and offer milk on 3 neighboring stone places ( pindies ) on the top of the hill. A local resident observed that 3 sacred Shilas arose and they began to worship and worship. and it was found to be the forehead of Shri Sati. Therefore a temple was eventually built. Maharaja Gopal Singh of Manimajra built the current main temple of Shri Mansa Devi located at the foot of Shivalik in the village of Bilaspur, Tehsil, and Panchkula district in the period 1811-1815. At a distance of 200 meters from the main temple is Patiala Temple, built by Sh. Karam Singh, then Patiala Maharaja in 1840.
