It is a very beautiful park. Tenneti park is one of the tourist attractions of Visakhapatnam. It is also known as an urban park. This park is located on Beach Road in jodugullapalem and it looks out to the Bay of Bengal. It is the first children’s park and one of the oldest parks in the city.

This park was destroyed by cyclone Hudhud which flew through the city. Gautam Alumni of North America came together and donated around 60 lakh rupees to renovate the park. The park was thus renovated to international standards and the greenery along the coastline was restored to its former glory.

How to Reach

By Air: Kailasagiri is just 26 km from Visakhapatnam. On the other hand, Visakhapatnam is very well-networked with the major cities of India and various international countries by air.
