    History

    J Yes Farms was established in 2004. Joy Chemmachel was the founder of the farm cum park. He set up the park with the motto of acknowledging people about sustainable farming practices and showcasing how a seed becomes food by growing up.
    Presently, the farm also collaborates with the local school to offer the students educational programs about agriculture.
    Joy Chemmaachel got the “Best Fish Farmer” award in 2010 and in 2011 J Yes Farm was awarded in the category “Best High Tech Dairy Farm” in Kottayam.
    Over the years, the farm has gained recognition for its commitment to environmental sustainability and has become a model for eco-friendly farming in the region. Through workshops and collaborations, it continues to inspire others in the agricultural community.

    Inside/Outside Views

    J Yes Farms is sprawled in an area of 28 acres. Its expansive lush green field filled with a variety of organic crops.
    It has a very peaceful setting that is ideal for relaxation and it is enhanced by the sounds of nature and fresh, clean air.
    Paddy cultivation, coconut cultivation, planting farming, fish farming, bird farming, nursery for medicinal plants and nursery for various flower plants are all set inside the farm premises that provide an opportunity to learn about farming and also buy plants.
    There is a small park for children along with a badminton court. It also houses a cafeteria for refreshments.

    Small animals like rabbits, ducks, hens, and often emus are seen inside the farm area.
